The C-500 Crown-block Type 5-Axis Machining Center adopts a moving beam gantry structure design. It can be equipped with the Japan FANUC-0i-MF PLUS(1) system or Siemens ONE system.
The three axes use heavy-duty roller rails and imported U-level linear grating scales as standard. The three-axis motion components are separated from the processing area to improve the stability of the equipment and ensure the best cutting performance. The AC turntable uses double arms to support the base bed.
The A-axis swing angle is +30°~-120°, and the C-axis rotation angle is 360. The tilt axis and the rotation axis both use high-response and high-torque servo motors as standard. High-resolution circular gratings have good dynamic response capabilities to ensure high rigidity, high load, high precision, and heavy cutting.
The spindle uses a high-speed and high-torque spindle to provide customers with good processing performance.
The fully enclosed protective device is safe and reliable, in line with the GB15760-1995 standard; the impact of the equipment on the surrounding environment complies with the ISO14001 standard
